Vildune's Shipping & Delivery Policy

While we do our best to dispatch all orders the same day they are placed, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed and dispatched (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, a tracking link will be emailed to you.

New Zealand

Orders over $150 NZD: Free Standard Shipping

Orders under $150 NZD: $10 NZD Flat Rate

Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days from dispatch.

Australia

Standard Shipping: $20 AUD Flat Rate

Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days from dispatch.

United Kingdom

Standard Shipping: £20 GBP Flat Rate

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days from dispatch.

United States

Standard Shipping: $40 USD Flat Rate

Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days from dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery Terms

Multiple Shipments

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, larger orders or orders containing pre-order items may occasionally be sent in multiple shipments. You will receive unique tracking links for each package at no additional shipping cost to you.

Delays & Cancellations

We do our best to meet our estimated delivery windows. However, if your shipment is significantly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately via email. In the event of a significant delay, you will have the option to cancel your order for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been delivered.

International Import Duties

Please note that international shipments may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Vildune is not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees incurred.
